Refund Policy

We offer a 30 day return policy:

Contact us immediately if you have a problem with the item you received stating clearly your reason for requesting return authorization.

If you do not like the item, or want to exchange the item, or the item is damaged during shipment, or is not the item purchased, you may get a full or partial purchase price refund, store credit, or exchange, depending on situation. See details below.

NOTE: Use, damage, or modification of items voids full refund or return of merchandise

Acceptable return reasons:

  • Item is what you ordered but you do not like the item, or want to exchange for different color, size, etc.
  • Item is not what you ordered; we made a mistake, we normally will supply a return shipping label
  • The item is damaged when you received it; please take pictures to send us
  • Contact us for other reasons or issues you may have

Conditions for returns:

  • All returns must be accompanied by a Return Material Authorization(RMA #) which we issue
  • The items must be in their original unopened packaging and complete(no missing parts)
  • Items must be resell-able as new unused items to receive a refund
  • Items must be received unused and not damaged(pack them carefully)
  • Return shipments must have a tracking number and include insurance
  • Some health, food and personal care, or wear, items may not be returnable
  • All returns are inspected for conditions above upon receipt
  • Returns are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee unless we made a mistake or item is damaged during shipment to you
  • Exchanges are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee and additional shipping and handling costs
  • Products custom built to your specifications are not normally returnalble but if approved will have a 25% restocking fee
  • Shipping costs are not refunded unless we made a mistake.
  • Refunds are given by same means paid; paypal back to paypal,.. or credit card back to credit card, etc.

Sale, Clearance, or Discontinued items (if applicable)

Generally only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately clearance and discontinued items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective, or damaged.

If you want to exchange for a different item, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, for paying a restocking fee if applied and for the cost of shipping and handling to send you the exchanged for item.

Return Material Authorization number issued by us must accompany a returned item.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a store credit or discount code will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Return Material Authorization number issued by us must accompany a returned item.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable and may be deducted from your refund if those costs are not prepaid.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your account or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

We strive to process all returns within a few days of receipt and normally notify you of actions taken in various ways.

It may take some time before your credit card company officially posts your refund.

If after we notify you, you do not see that refund or store credit, in the relevant account while after 5 business days,.. please let us know that.
